KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE - I've personally packed and shipped over 50,000 orders in my 10 years selling action figure collectibles online. - I hand-pack every order with zero movement, in my own custom Toy Hutt boxes made just for them (when able). -Every item I sell on eBay (unless otherwise described) is pulled directly from their cases from our distributors. -I don't sell any 3rd hand/previously owned items on eBay. You can, however, find these collectibles on Toy Hutt. -This is my full-time gig & I pack a LOT of orders per day, so I don't have time to inspect figures I case-pull & pack. - I never say a figure you'll receive will be "Near Mint", as there is the possibility of factory defects, dings & scrapes. - I'm not in control of USPS/UPS/FedEx carriers, so any carrier damage when received is out of my control.
