This listing is for a brand new in package "Big Top Birthday" 4x6 clear photopolymer stamps by Neat & Tangled. The stamps have yellowed from light exposure (see second photo), however it doesn't affect the stamping quality. Please note: Economy shipping has been quoted for a large stamped envelope which can take 10 to 14 days to arrive. If you require tracking, please select USPS Ground Advantage at checkout. I love to combine shipping whenever possible. I am happy to provide specific quotes if emailed with the item numbers. Discounted shipping rates are only available when auctions are paid together in one invoice within 7 days of the first auction won. PAYMENT I accept all forms of payment through Paypal. Contact is expected within 3 days of end of auction, and payment must be received within 7 days. My account is set up so that ebay will automatically file an unpaid item reminder on the 8th day if payment has not been received.
