Lot of 2: Stampin' Up - " Happy Birthday Frame " Stamp and " So Many Scallops" Stamp. The "Happy Birthday Frame" set of 2 have been cut and mounted but NEVER used. Picture #6 looks like the stamps have been used but they haven't been, it's just the shadows from taking the picture. "So Many Scallop" Stamp set is uncut and not mounted I purchased these sets new. My sister was into stamping and convinced me to invest. She even helped cut and mount some of the stamps thinking that would motivate me but not so.
